1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

A. Defective or Damaged Products

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or non-functional, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

B. Incorrect Item Received

If you receive an incorrect product, you must report it within 7 days of delivery.

C. Unopened, Unused Products (Case-by-Case Approval)

For hygiene and safety, opened or used products cannot be returned.

In certain cases, unopened products may be considered for return, but only with prior authorization from our support team.

Important: Not Eligible for Return or Refund

The following situations are not eligible for a return or refund:

2. Return Restrictions

We cannot accept returns of any opened, used, or partially consumed items.

  • Send a replacement item

Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

If the original payment method cannot be used, store credit may be issued.

If your payment method is unavailable or declines the refund, we may issue store credit equal to the value of the returned item.

Shipping Fees

You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped.

Once an order has been processed and handed to the carrier, cancellations are no longer possible.
